Your use of the information and Internet services offered at this website by KGCW are at all times subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). As a service to our site visitors and viewers of our programming, KGCW provides users with online news, information and interactive services, all of which are referred to collectively as "the Service." GENERAL TERMS:

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provision or your actual state or country of residence. Both you and KGCW submit personal jurisdiction in Iowa. If any provision of the Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. KGCWs failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive KGCWs right to act to subsequent or similar breaches.
